Maraming Salamat po Sir Striver… Kakabasa ko lang po ng Notary Service sa Phil. Embassy site…

Mejo confuse lang po asko sa number…

Ibig sabihin po ba nito kailangan dalawa kami na dun pipirma sa Philippine Embassy?

Isa pa pong tanong kapag dito ko po ba pina notary sa city hall ng japan, sa Japan lang po ba valid yung written agreement naming? Meaning hindi po ba consider yun as legal documents sa pilipinas?

yong sa number 4 is di naman nasusunod always. meron mga nagsasubmit na don na permado na at yong iba ay wala pang witness. yong applicant na lang din ang gumagawa ng sign ng witness kalimitan. i think this is the reason kaya yong phil embassy does not hold any responsibility sa mga nakasulat sa documents kahit na sila pa ang nag-authenticate dito.

para maging valid sa pinas ang isang document na ginawa mo here in japan, the authentication certificate po from phil embassy is needed. so pwede mo pong pa notary sa city hall sa japan, then apply mo ng authentication certificate po sa phil embassy.  wave1

Naging klaro napo saakin Sir Striver maraming maraming salamat ko. Ang gagawin ko nalang po ay mag pa notary sa city hall ng Japan tapos kukuha nalang po ako ng authentication certificate. Medyo malayo po kasi ako sa embassy at baka hindi po kasi i-consider yung affidavit na gagawin ko kung hindi ko kasama ang asawa ko. Unlike po kung within the city lang ang processing ng papers para sa kanya (mendokusagari po kasi yun at bukod pa po dun ayaw nya makipag cooperate especially kapag usapang divorce na po)

Maraming salamat po ulit.
