good pm po malagonians...i was married for 21 yrs with a jap. national...we have 3 children ages 27, 20, and 16 ...we lived mostly here in pinas while we were married and when we separated bumalik kmi mag iina sa japan my children holding jap. passports ...

i was issued a temporary visitor visa back then  in 2009. that i was able to renew to LTR pagdating po sa japan.. then 2011 nagdivorce na kami tuluyan...in 2013 bumalik kmi pinas ...since then di na ako nakabalik and my long term residency visa expired in 2014...

i would like to know if therell be no problem if i apply for the same type of visa ( Temporary Visitor ) together with my brother and his gf ( group tour ) and present marriage cert. ko here in pinas without annotation na divorced na kmi ng jap. spouse ko...while in kosekitohon ng mga anak ko ...nakalagay na we got divorced in 2011...

any advice will be much appreciated of what type of visa should i apply ? do i have to present as well kosekitohon ng mga bata even if im just applyng for a tourist visa?   thanks in advance po...
