Im currently holding Child of a Japanese National(5 yrs). Yung mother and father ko ay nagplaplanong mag divorce. I think eligible na din ako kumuha ng permanent visa pero ayoko pa kasi wala pa sa plano ko na magstay tlga dito sa japan for good (for now) so ang balak ko sana e 2loy 2loy lng na 5 yrs visa. Am I still eligible to do that after na magdivorce ung parents ko ?

If ever na umayaw ung parent ko na japanese, is there any other way to stay here for a short term ? I would like to avoid permanent residency as much as possible. Just looking for a way to do that. TY for the fast response.
