I am currently 29 years old. Pina renew ko yung Japanese passport ko 7 years ago. At that time they did inform me that I needed to choose my citizenship but I wasn't able to make a decision yet. Time passed by and nagtagal na rin ako dito sa Pilipinas and forgot about it because I live with my mom and my brother and worked for our family business.

Now I wan't to go back to Japan and find work there and my dad also wants me to go back para makasama ko sya and my grandparents. Hindi po kaya ako questionin sa Immigration sa Japan since walang katataktak na i've been back to japan or out of the country recently? Kasi natatakot na rin ako baka iinvalid na nila yung passport ko since i wasn't able to make a decision when I was 22 years old. I renewed my old blue one.

Baka po kasi i deport ako for not being able to choose on time.

Kung dito ka lang sa Japan nakatira all your 29 years of life,
"baka" automatic na Japanese citizen ka.

But the problem is, sa pilipinas ka nag-tira...domicile.
so automatic na filipino citizen ka as your mother is Filipino National kahit hindi ka mamili kasi you departed the Japan for so long na. Abandoned residency kung baga.

Japanese National is an inheritance.
Maybe pwede ka pa din mag-claim ng Japanese Nationality mo pag balik sa Japan but you have to apply sa Homusho just like many foreigners do.

also, pula na ngayon ang Japan passport with all those microchips on it.

Yong Tennis player, Osaka Naomi
she claimed her Japanese Nationality on her 19th birthday, 20 years old pa lang sya ngayon.
US resident sya so she has to claim her nationality dahil Japan do not have double nationality.

Mga crimes involved if any... etc.
Para bang iniimbistigahan sa isang crime.

Punta ka muna Japan Embassy and inquire para alam mo dapat mong gawin.

Thank you po for your replies I appreciate it.

Nakapag register na din po ako ng juuminhyo ko sa city hall ng papa ko gamit address nya and now living on my own in a different city will start to work next week. They didn't really ask anything about my kokuseki.
