Hello! Unang apply po namin ng COE july last year, around october lumabas sya at denied.

Ang nag guarantor samin sa COE before is yung mother in law ko and yung asawa nyang Japanese. This time, yung husband ko mismo ang kukuha na saamin. Long term resident sya, kaya lang di nagsstay ng matagal sa Japan. Ngayon sana, plano na nya magtagal. Sa ika-3rd months sana nya iffile nya kami ng eligibility.

Possible kaya na mabigyan kami given na,

1.) bago palang sya sa trabaho uli (although yung last na punta nya sa Japan nagwork sya sa same company na yun for 4 months)
2.) Kakakuha palang nya ng house na inuupahan, 5 months plang nababayadan yung tax nung bahay kasi sa paupahan ng mother nya sya nakatira dati.

If may same experience po dito na 3 months palang sa trabaho, long term resident, tapos nakuha ang asawa’t anak, pashare naman po and paadvice ng mga dapat gawin. Or kung posible ba sya or hindi. Salamat po!!!

maaring ang main reason kung bakit na deny kayo last time ay dahil yong asawa nyo na dapat na tatayong guarantor nyo ay hindi po financially capable at wala pong stable job.

this time, meron na sigurong chance na mabigyan po kayo ng visa kung makakapag provide sya ng mga docs na galing na po mismo sa kanya po.  wave1

Arigato Striver-san!

Sa tingin nyo po kaya possible na substitute sa tax sa work yung payslips? Kasi if bago palang sya sa work, wala pa syang maipapakitang nouzei syoumeisyo. Tapos 5 months palang din sya sa tinitirahan nyang bahay ngayon dahil dati sa mother nya lang sya nakauwi.

Worth it kayang magtake ng risk kung bago palang sya sa trabaho at bago palang sya sa bahay?

Need pa kaya gamitin yung mother nya and yung husband na Japanese as a Guarantor? Or parang supporting papers yung tax payments nila. Or puro papers ng husband ko nalang ang mas okay gamitin?
