INTRODUCTIONThis section was made para magbigay ng information sa inyo na nais maglipat ng bahay dito sa Japan, particularly don sa mga OFW na kasalukuyang naninirahan sa mga apartment or dorimitory own by the company where they are working for. Like me, if you will be working here in Japan, chances are you will deployed on the dormitory or some apartment na inihanda nila para matirahan mo at the time na dumating here in Japan and start working. If your employee status will be CONTRACTUAL base, chances is maaring pwede kang mag-stay in the dormitory or apartment for a long time. Pero once na naging REGULAR EMPLOYEE ka na, you can only stay there for a 3 to 6 years. And after that, you need to get out on the dormitory or apartment of the company and should start living in a new place. This is a common rule about housing benefits ng mga karaniwang company here in Japan. So better to prepare on it. You need to rent a new apartment or mansion after you fully complete the terms or period of time you are just required to live on company's dormitory. This section can also be used as a guide for those who wanted to move out to a new place at their own not only para sa mga OFW. Please read the articles written on this section so that you will have a brief idea about it because moving to a new home here in Japan is not a joke and not that simple. You need a thorough preparation about it. I will try to share here to you the things I experiences when I moved to a new place here in Japan.
