Sa mga papasok sa Japan as tourist, at mga baguhan pa lamang po, be aware na maraming mga no smoking area here in Japan, and other city do a monitoring and patrol on it, charging violators for a certain amount.

Sa news na ito, dumarami ang mga violators nito especially in tourist spot crowd areas like in Kyoto. In Kyoto, they have this ordinance and most area there are no smoking zone. For violators, they have to pay 1,000 YEN. Most violators are from China and Korea according to this news, and most of them don't know this ordinance.

So sa mga Pinoy tourist, be aware on this at baka kayo rin ay maging isa sa mga violators at masasayang ang inyong pera for the charge. If you want to smoke, do it in the smoking area facilities which are also provided.
