To apply for Family Visit Visa, these are the step by steps procedure na dapat ninyong sundin mula sa pag-hahanda ng mga documents na kailangan, until sa paglabas ng result ng visa application ninyo.

STEP 1 PLANNING YOUR VISIT TO JAPAN
First, you should plan first thoroughly ang pagpunta nyo dito sa Japan dahil kailangan ito lalo na sa pag gawa nyo ng Schedule Acitivity na isa sa mga kailangang documents na ipapasa for the visa application. What is the best date, at sino ang tatayong guarantor ninyo should be decided first.


STEP 2 PREPARING THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED FROM GUARANTOR JAPAN SIDE
Kung ang tatayong guarantor ng application ninyo ay ang kapamilya ninyo na naninirahan now in Japan, then that person should prepare the necessary documents na makukuha lamang nya sa Japan side mismo. Kapag na prepare nyo na lahat ng documents na kailangan, send it to your family na you will invite in Japan for the visa application. Hwag ninyong send ito sa Japanese Embassy or sa Immigration. STEP 3 PREPARING THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED FROM APPLICANT SIDE
Habang hinihintay ninyo ang mga documents na kailangan mula sa inyong guarantor in Japan, better to gather also the documents needed from the applicant side. Meron mga documents na dapat ninyong ihanda also. So mas better na asikasuhin nyo na ito habang hinahantay ninyo ang documents mula sa Japan.


STEP 4 VISA APPLICATION IN ACCREDITED AGENCY
At the time na hawak na ninyo ang mag kailangang documents, now is the time to submit it to the accredited agency na malapit sa lugar ninyo para sila mismo ang mag-apply ng visa para sa inyo. As of JULY 30, 2007, ang lahat ng application ay hindi na ginagawa directly sa Japanese Embassy office. Application are now done on the agency na meron approval ng Japanese Embassy.


STEP 5 VISA APPLICATION EVALUATION
At the time na nasa Japanese Embassy na ang inyong application papers at mga supporting dcouments, the Japanese Embassy will examine and evaluate it. According to the Japanese Embassy, the examination period will take approximately one (1) week, though it may vary depending on the contents of the application. Kung kinakailangang mag-submit ng additional supporting documents ang applicants, they will tell it to the accredited agency at sila naman ang magsasabi nito sa inyo.


STEP 6 VISA APPLICATION RESULT
After the evaluation and examination of your visa application, the Japanese Embassy will give the result sa mga accredited agency kung saan kayo nag-apply. Then they are the one who will inform or call you to pick up to their office the result of your application.


STEP 7 GOING TO JAPAN
If your application was successful at nabigyan kayo ng VISA, then that will be the time that you can go in Japan to visit your family. Make sure na magamit ninyo ang binigay sa inyong visa bago ito mag-expire dahil meron din itong expiration date.
