The Waiver of Exclusion Ground (WEG) applications ay hindi sa Philippine Embassy or sa anomang government agency sa origin country ng applicant pina-process.

Ayon sa Philippine Consulate, ang application nito at approval ay ginagawa ng Philippine Immigration authorities sa port of entry kung saan papasok ang inyong anak. So it means na sa airport immigration sa Pinas ang processing at approval nito.

Para maaprobahan ang WEG application na dala ng inyong anak, kailangan nya ang AFFIDAVIT ng Support and Guarantee with Consent to Travel na makukuha ninyo sa Philippine Consulate at iba pang supporting documents. The immigration personnel will review it, at kung walang problem, pagbabayarin sya ng processing fee, at dito lang matatapos ang WEG application ng bata.

Philippine Immigration authorities currently charge Php 3,120.00 (three thousand and one hundred twenty Philippine Pesos per child) for the processing and approval of the WEG.
