WHAT ARE THE STEP BY STEP PROCEDURES?

Below are the simple steps that needed to follow in creating the documents that you will be requesting to us.

STEP 1: CONTACT US
Contact us by sending us a private message at our facebook account about what documents you want us to create for you.

STEP 2: REVIEW AND EVALUATION
We will review your request about the document you want us to create including the contents of it. Then, if we are able to do it, we will inform you about the payment procedure, and also how many days it will takes.

STEP 3: SERVICE PAYMENT DEPOSIT
For us to start creating the documents you requested, you must first deposit the payment amount to the bank account we will provide. Bilang evidence of your payment, you need to send to us the receipt of your deposit. Kunan nyo na lang ng picture ang resibo using your smart phones and send it to us.

STEP 4: DOCUMENT CREATION
We will only start creating your document once we confirmed your payment on our bank account. No payment, No works to be done. We will finish the document before the deadline we said to you. Now, creating documents like SPA needed some personal information and you need to provide that to us to complete the documents. We will inform you what are the needed information.

STEP 5: SENDING OF DOCUMENT
We can send the document to your address if you want, or we will only send it to your email address at kayo na ang bahalang mag-print. The choice is yours. Kung gusto ninyong ipadala namin sa address ninyo, kailangan nyong ibigay sa amin ang inyong Name, Address, Postal Code at Phone Number. Kukunan namin ng picture ang Control Number ng pinadalang document at ipapadala namin sa mail address ninyo bilang confirmation.


HOW MUCH IS THE SERVICE CHARGE?

As a SERVICE CHARGE in creating your documents requested, the MINIMUM CHARGE will be 3,000 YEN but it may vary depends on the contents of the documents you are requesting. So let us know first what documents you are requesting so that we can tell you also the TOTAL AMOUNT CHARGE.

Kung gusto ninyong ipadala sa address ninyo ang document, you need to add 500 YEN para sa LETTER PACK na gagamitin at kailangang bilhin sa post office dito sa Japan. This will assure na ang document na ipapadala ay naka registered at hindi mawawala.


HOW LONG IS THE CREATION OF THE DOCUMENT?

It will take a maximum of ONE (1) DAY to create the document you are requesting, and ONE (1) DAY before it will arrived to your address when we send it here in Japan.


IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

(1) NO REFUND will be implemented once the creation of the requested DOCUMENT was already started.

(2) We don't have any responsibilities to any result to the use of the documents that you will be requesting to us. We only create it but the final approval and confirmation of its contents is to be made by the person who request it, and obligations and responsibilities are all on their hands.

(3) If some mistake on the personal information like name, address, etc. has been confirmed and needed to be sent after we ask you for its final checking, postal charge well be shoulder by the customer in sending the document again.
