Ayon sa news na ito, naglabas ng pahayag ang present administration na magbibigay sila ng special financial assistance bilang support sa bayad ng upa ng mga business establishment para sa mga company and self-employed business owner.

Ang mga maaaring mabigyan ay mga small and medium scale company, at mga small busines owner na bumaba ang sales dahil sa epekto ng coronavirus. Ang tawag sa financial assistance na ito ay 特別家賃支援給付金 (TOKUBETSU YACHIN SHIEN KYUUFUKIN) in Japanese.

Para sa mga small and medium scale company, ang maaaring ibigay ay 2/3 na amount ng upa na kanilang binabayaran at ang maximum amount ay 50 LAPAD for 6 MONTHS. Sa mga small business owner naman, aabot din sa 2/3, at ang maximum amount na ibibigay nila ay 25 LAPAD for 6 MONTHS din.

Ang fund para dito ay kukunin din nila sa second supplementary budget na kanilang isasabatas.
