Ayon sa press release na ito from Japan Immigration website, uumpisahan na nila ang operation ng TRUSTED TRAVELLER PROGRAM this coming November 1 kung saan bibigyan din nila ng rights na gumamit or dumaan sa AUTMATED GATE ang mga short term visa holder lalo na ang mga businessman na malimit mag travel papunta ng Japan upang maging smooth ang pagpasok nila sa Japan airport immigration.

Ang main requirements para dito ay kailangang meron history ang isang traveller na nakapasok na sya ng Japan a few times, at walang history of deportation before. Gamit ang TOKUTEI TOUROKUSYA KA-DO (Special Registered Card) na ibibigay or issue by Japan Immigration, makakadaan ang isang traveller sa AUTOMATED GATE.
