Working Visa (WV) to Permanent Visa application requirements

Kung WV holder po kayo now at nagpa-planong mag-apply ng PERMANENT VISA (PV), ito ang mga documents na dapat ninyong ihanda para sa application ninyo sa immigration office na malapit sa lugar ninyo.


Sinasabing bago kayo makapag-apply ng PV kung WV holder kayo, kinakailangan na makapag-work kayo here in Japan ng more than 10 YEARS consecutive. So kung wala pa kayong 10 years working here in Japan, at nag-apply kayo, maaaring madeny lang din kayo. Ang processing period nito ay umaabot ng 4 MONTHS bago lumabas ang result nila ayon sa website nila. At ang processing fee kung sakaling naaprobahan kayo ay 8,000 YEN.

Ang nagiging basehan naman daw nila sa pag-aproba ng PV application ninyo ay kailangang wala kayong bad record or criminal records, good abiding citizen kayo here in Japan. Meron sapat na skill and knowledge to be financially stable. Then dapat yong pagiging PV ninyo kung sakaling maaprobahan ay nasa best interest ba or ikakabuti ng Japan community.

Sa pag-apply ninyo ng PV, kailangan nyo rin ng isang guarantor. Maaaring maging Japanese ito o isang foreigner na PV holder na rin. Maaaring ang office-mate ninyo or ang boss ninyo ang pwede ninyong guarantor kung papayag sila.

Para sa mga kailangang documents na dapat ninyong ihanda, ito ay ang mga sumusunod:

1. Permanent Visa Application Form

2. Picture (Size 4cmx3cm)

3. Letter of Reason of Application
Kailangan gumawa kayo ng letter explaining why you want to apply for PV. Ano ang main reason nyo sa pag-apply nito?

4. 住民票 (JUUMINHYOU) Residence Certificate
You can get this sa local municipality kung saan kayo nakatira or register sa Japan ng inyong residency.

5. 在職証明書 (ZAISYOKU SYOUMEISYO) Working Certificate
Document showing your present employment. Makukuha ninyo ito sa inyong employer or company where you are working at present.

6. 納税証明書(NOUZEI SYOUMEISYO) Income Tax Certificate
Latest 3 years ng inyong income tax certificate. Makukuha ninyo ito sa local municipality kung saan kayo nakatira or register sa Japan ng inyong residency.

7. 住民税証明書(JUUMINZEI SYOUMEISYO) Residence Tax Certificate
Latest 3 years ng inyong residence tax certificate. Makukuha ninyo ito sa local municipality kung saan kayo nakatira or register sa Japan ng inyong residency.
8. 預貯金通帳 (YOCHOKIN TSUUCHOU) Bank Deposit Passbook
Makukuha sa banko kung saan meron kayong bank account dito sa Japan. You can laso get 残高証明書 (ZANDAKA SYOUMEISYO) for replacement.

9. Passport (To present only).

10. Residence Card (To present only).

11. Any document showing your contribution to Japanese society
This is an optional only. You can submit some proof that you are cooperating to Japan community like doing some volunteer work, or being a member of volunteer group.

12. Documents needed from your Guarantor
- 身元保証書 (MIMOTO HOSYOUSYO) Guarantee letter
- 印鑑 (INKAN) Seal
- 在職証明書 (ZAISYOKU SYOUMEISYO) Working Certificate
- 納税証明書(NOUZEI SYOUMEISYO) Income Tax Certificate
Latest 1 year is necessary
- 住民票 (JUUMINHYOU) Residence Certificate
