Base sa Japan Ministry of Justice, ang bagong policy implementation para sa Refugee Application ay kanilang uumpisahan sa darating na January 15, 2018. At para sa kaalaman ng mga kababayan natin, ito po ang detalye ng bagong policy na kanilang ipapa-implement.

Una, ang lahat ng refugee application ay kanilang titingnan. They will do the evaluation and checking for 2 MONTHS only and put it in FOUR CATEGORY.

Para sa mga REAL REFUGEE APPLICANTS, they will issue a WORKING PERMIT and allow them to work immediately. Then para sa FAKE APPLICANTS and those who re-applied with the same reason, ay hindi mabibigyan ng WORKING PERMIT na. Then in case na hindi na valid ang visa na hawak nila, they will not be extended and be subject for DEPORTATION. Para sa mga tumakas na mga TRAINEE at mga na-expel na STUDENT sa school na nag-apply ng REFUGEE, they are not allowed also to work

Para naman sa mga REFUGEE APPLICANT na hindi agad mabigyan ng decision ng immigration kung REAL or FAKE REFUGEE sila, mabibigyan sila ng WORKING PERMIT and allowed to work after 6 MONTHS from the date of application.
